We create complete process designs, including 3D process modelling of water and fish flow, biofiltration, degassing, aeration, oxygenation, and ozone systems, as well as feeding and grading logistics. Each design includes detailed mass balances, sizing parameters, and calculations for water, oxygen, feed, and energy requirements, ensuring optimal biological and technical performance.
Our technical project package includes a comprehensive set of deliverables: site master plan, reinforced concrete and steel structures, architectural layouts, and complete internal MEP systems covering water supply, sewage, ventilation, heating, power distribution, and instrumentation. External utility connections are excluded from the project scope.
We design and implement the digital backbone of the farm, integrating IoT/SCADA architecture with water-quality sensors, automatic feeders, local servers, databases, and real-time dashboards. The system provides alerts (e.g., via Telegram) and integrates seamlessly with plant equipment and enterprise-level ERP systems for efficient monitoring and control.
We prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs), cost estimates, vendor comparisons, and tender support documentation. Our team assists in equipment procurement, providing installation guidelines and sourcing from trusted EU and local suppliers, along with spare parts and service plans.
We ensure design integrity and operational readiness through on-site supervision, contractor coordination, commissioning support, and quality control against design specifications. Staff training is included to ensure proper system operation and maintenance.
Our experts develop detailed CAPEX/OPEX models, FCR and oxygen-demand analyses, and cost-per-kilogram projections. We provide financial modelling, cash-flow forecasts, and payback evaluations, as well as investor presentations and full support in preparing EU grant applications.
