Delivery conditions

DELIVERY TERMS OF THE DEMETERX INTERNET STORE

When placing a pre-order, we will contact you to clarify delivery conditions and issue an invoice.

  1. The Buyer orders, buys and pays, and the Seller delivers and sells the goods in accordance with the terms of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
  2. The buyer orders goods by filling out the relevant order form on the Seller's website www.demeter.lv. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e. first name, last name, delivery address and contact information, and by clicking on the "Order" field. The Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller of any changes no later than 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation by writing an e-mail to info@demeter.lv. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct data, otherwise the delivery of the product is not guaranteed. Ordering the product is considered as the Buyer's offer to the Seller to conclude this Distance Agreement for the delivery of the ordered product and the Buyer's consent to purchase the ordered product at the specified price. Personal data related to the delivery of the product is not transferred to a third party, except for the DemeterX courier, for ensuring the delivery of the order.
  3. The seller delivers the goods to the address indicated by the buyer in accordance with the rates set by the courier. The Buyer shall pay the shipping costs and the goods together, before receiving the confirmation and delivery of the goods from the Seller. The delivery price is included in the invoice.
  4. The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller completes orders on working days from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., on Saturdays from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., no collection on Sundays. The Seller sends a confirmation of order acceptance to the Buyer by e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, then the order has not been accepted. The assembly of the order starts when the money is credited to the Seller's account.
  5. The buyer can use the right of refusal contained in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. In order to avoid dispute situations, at the time of receiving the goods, the Buyer must make sure that it corresponds to the order (color, product name and other important parameters).
  6. In case the goods are assembled incorrectly, the Buyer has the right to exchange the goods within 14 (fourteen) days by filling out the return form. In the aforementioned case, courier costs are covered by the Seller.
  7. If the Buyer wants to use the right of withdrawal, the following recommendations and conditions should be taken into account:
    1. The returned product must not be used (taking into account the specifics of the product). If the condition of the returned goods has deteriorated, and this has happened due to improper storage, the Buyer does not have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
    2. The buyer is obliged to keep and not damage the original packaging of the product.
    3. If the Buyer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must contact the Seller by e-mail info@demeter.lv. The Buyer receives a cancellation form from the Seller, which he fills out and sends to the Seller to the aforementioned e-mail.
    4. The Buyer is obliged to keep both the courier documents on the receipt of the goods and the postal/courier documents on the return of the goods to the Seller.

    6. The Seller transfers the money for the returned product and its delivery costs to the bank account indicated by the Buyer in the cancellation form within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the termination of the contract and receipt of the goods specified in the cancellation form at the Seller's warehouse (Lāčplēša iela 116-42, Riga, Latvia, LV-1003) , based on the Buyer's refusal.
  8. Delivery time depends on the customization of the item and may vary depending on its specification. Delivery times will be clarified and agreed after the pre-order is submitted.
    All prices are indicated with 21% VAT (value added tax). At the time of product delivery, the Buyer undertakes to sign a receipt for receiving the product.
  9. The Buyer pays for the product in the online store www.demeter.lv with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by transfer to SIA "DemeterX" account number specified in the prepaid invoice. All delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.
  10. This contract is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer confirms that he is familiar with the terms of this contract and undertakes to observe and fulfill them.
  11. The buyer is informed that the seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this contract at any time
